The BMV neighborhood in Breckenridge, CO is located just off the French Street shuttle route, only a few minutes walk from Main Street Breckenridge. Our home’s greatest features are the proximity to the world famous Breckenridge ski slopes and the beautiful front-porch views of Peaks 7, 8, 9, and 10. Guests will also enjoy 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas, 2 spacious outdoor decks, fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, 32” flat screen television with cable tv, wireless internet, stereo system/dvd player, washer/dryer, and an 8 person private outdoor hot tub. The house also has parking for two cars, including a 1 car garage. Our home can comfortably sleep 8-10 people.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with a brand new mattress. A second bedroom sleeps 3 people in a unique log bunk bed. A third bedroom has 2 cozy twin beds. The main living room also has a comfortable sleeper sofa, and the first floor living area has an extra-wide couch that is perfect for sleeping. The master bath has a large stall shower, while the 2 other bathrooms have tub showers. The dining room adjacent to the kitchen has a large round table that seats as few as 8 people.
Our privately owned home is new to the rental market and is in pristine condition. We offer very reasonable rates for Breckenridge. In fact, you’ll find that we offer up to a 50% discount on what large management companies often charge. We treat this home like our second home in the mountains, so please enjoy it as your home away from home. Our rental home in Breckenridge is the perfect place to rent, whether it is only for a few days, or for a longer period of time. Winter activities include skiing, snowboarding, sledding, snowmobiling, and more. Summer activities include fishing, rafting, hiking, horseback riding, boating, swimming, camping, and the super slides. Of course, town restaurants and shopping are year-round activities. Upon arriving at our home, you will find an information binder that contains a lot more Breckenridge information, with some helpful suggestions thrown in for good measure.
